The 25,000 square foot project on two floors of a prominent building in the Baltimore CBD has sweeping views of the inner harbor which factor into the layout and design of the project. Water plays an important role in Lupin’s world as it is a nutrient that nourishes the body and helps to grow the Lupin flower across the land. The majority of the south facing water views are dedicated to public spaces and staff workstations where possible. And where water views are limited the color blue is introduced to reflect back on this important element.
The overall palette of the space is classic and timeless, introducing dark woods in sharp contrast to white walls which all serve as a backdrop to the Lupin flower glass wall at the reception. The custom glass wall serves as a constant reminder of the company’s commitment to nature and nurture by helping both the company and its employees grow to their fullest potential.
