The master plan suggests a dense, mixed-use, urban village physically connected to the Metro station where, currently, only surface parking lots exist. Approximately 300,000 SF of office, 2,400 residential units, 150,000 SF of retail space, a new library, and a 300-room hotel are proposed for the Phase I.
