Design Collective is currently working with Skanska Commercial Development to design a mixed-use residential high-rise in the NoMa neighborhood of Washington, DC. Upon completion, the 13-story building will feature 320 units, 9,000 SF of retail space and a below-grade parking garage with 210 parking spaces. Building amenities include concierge service and bike storage on the ground floor and a fitness room, clubhouse lounge and a courtyard with fireplace feature and movie area on the second floor. Additionally, tenants will enjoy several rooftop amenities, including: a rooftop pool, grill stations and a community garden. Resa at Tyber Place is targeting LEED certification and will also be seeking certification with the International WELL Building Institute.
