Xfinity Live!

Design Collective celebrates the grand opening of Xfinity Live! in Downtown Philadelphia with the project’s development partners, The Cordish Companies and Comcast Spectactor. The new 54,000 square foot, $60 million entertainment and restaurant venue is at the center of Philadelphia’s major league sports venues and effectively anchors Pattison and 11th Street. The building geometry responds to the site and acts as a dynamic passageway connecting the adjacent stadia, through the NBC Sports Marketplace. Restaurants flank the Marketplace creating a hub of excitement and activity all around. Through a partnership with Sony, XFINITY Live! also features state-of-the-art audio and video systems.
