Design Collective is working with The Howard Hughes Corporation, Kettler and Orchard Development on the first phase of new development in Downtown Columbia that includes approximately 375 ‘Class A’ rental residential units and over 14,000 square feet of retail space. This first phase of development is part of a larger development plan that will provide up to 13 million square feet of net new density consisting of approximately 5,500 residential units, five million square feet of office, one million square feet of retail and up to 640 hotel rooms.
