Design Collective has added several new talented architects, planners and interior designers to its staff of design professionals. These individuals bring diverse backgrounds, specialized design expertise and technical skill sets that will serve as a catalyst for the firm as it continues to expand its client base and geographic reach.

Elizabeth “Beth” Traglia brings six-(6) years of experience as an architectural designer and intern architect. She has worked on a wide variety of higher education, healthcare and commercial clients including Harvard University, Stonehill College, Genzyme Corporation, Pfizer, Inc. and M.C. Dean, Inc. Her experience with building information modeling (BIM) and adaptive use have proven valuable assets for the firm. Beth earned her Master of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colby College. Beth is currently working on projects for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), RoadNet Technologies and Coppin State University.

Wendy Oberer is a project architect and designer with 10 years of professional experience to her credit. She worked on a wide variety of projects including academic facilities, libraries, senior living centers and high-end multi-family residential developments. Wendy was an active contributor to the design of an “ephemeral constant for the year 2000” – a project for the École des Beaux-Arts in France, where she was one of 20 American students selected to participate in the development of a new project on one of their historical sites. Wendy received her Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is currently working on projects for Federal Realty Investment Trust and Colorado State University, Fort Collins.

In the firm’s Planning and Landscape Architecture studio, Paul Drummond is adding specialized expertise in environmental restoration, high-end multi-family residential landscape and hardscape design. Paul is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture. He was recognized as a First Place award-winner in the College Park Eco-Park Design Competition and also received a Student Honor Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). Paul is currently working on projects for Downtown Columbia, Federal Realty Investment Trust and the Town of Abingdon in Maryland.
