The Gratz Park Inn & Residences is situated between the downtown Lexington Courthouse Square and the Gratz Park Historic District. Design Collective is designing the expansion of the Gratz Park Inn, Lexington’s only boutique hotel, to provide 40 additional keys, meeting and event space, a fitness center, bar and restaurant with the goal of achieving a five star standing.
