Design Collective is working with Mithun to design the first phase of State Center, a massive sustainable redevelopment project that will enhance the western edge of Mount Vernon and create a vibrant transit-oriented village in Baltimore City. The $215 million Phase One development will include two new office buildings totaling 500,000 sf of office space, 70,000 sf of street-level retail and a 1,000 space parking garage. Maryland’s Board of Public Works recently approved the land deal that clears the way for work to commence.
