Design Collective, Inc. was one of five architecture firms awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) at the University of Maryland, College Park. The IDC includes both new construction and renovation projects for College Park’s Campus and across the University System of Maryland campuses.
Design Collective’s previous work on the College Park campus includes South Campus Commons, a 648-unit student housing project adjacent to the historic South Campus; the Comcast Center, home of Terrapin basketball; and the College of Life Sciences and Chemistry Teaching Building, designed to unify College Park’s Chemistry Complex.
