Design Collective has been contracted to design a technologically advanced academic and administrative office facility. The 81,500 gsf, multi-discipline facility will provide new science classrooms, investigational laboratories, NMR lab, café and lounge and associated support spaces for the disciplines of Chemistry, Life Sciences and Clinical Laboratory Sciences. The building is being designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
