Design Collective, Inc. has been awarded two Open-End Design Agreements for Architecture Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) and North Carolina State University (NCSU). Design Collective will be awarded multiple task orders as part of this open-end agreement. We look forward to working on these prestigious campuses and developing a long lasting relationship.

As part of the agreement, we have begun work at UNC-CH on the design of a temporary outdoor aviary and the removal and relocation of a biology trailer for the Department of Biology. The aviary will house birds used in the Department of Biology’s research, and will later be relocated to a permanent facility.

“We look forward to developing an ongoing relationship with these and other universities in the University of North Carolina System, as we begin to expand our project base in North Carolina with the opening of our Durham office,” said Jim Carroll, AIA, LEED AP, a principal at Design Collective.
