Obrecht Commercial Real Estate and The Hanover Company are in contract to continue the revitalization of the historic Brewers Hill district. Design Collective is currently completing the Construction Documents for Phase II, a new mixed-use development that will add 440 apartment units, 20,000 square feet of retail and a 650-space parking garage. While work on the project began in 2007, and was stopped again as recently as last Fall, The Hanover Company recently secured financing to move forward on the full two-building complex. Construction is slated to begin in December 2011 with occupancy expected in January 2014.
