Inmar is moving its headquarters to the Piedmont Triad Research Park. Design Collective is working with Wexford Science & Technology to renovate two historic warehouses on the northern side of the park. The adaptive reuse of these buildings will target LEED CS Gold certification, providing approximately 240,000 rentable square feet of office space suitable for up to 1000 full time employees for the fast-growing technology company. “This historic redevelopment opportunity matches up with Inmar’s culture of sustainability,” said David Mounts, Inmar’s chief executive. Mounts added “We plan to embrace and display the historic features of the building and deliver a modern, open and creative environment that will match Inmar’s brand as an innovative technology company.”
