Domus, a new luxury mixed-use apartment building in Philadelphia, Pa., was honored as the Best Residential Development of the year by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Design Collective designed the recently completed 290-unit residential project, which features 25,000 SF of ground-level retail located adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania campus. Dynamic resident amenities include a resort-style, heated pool with an outdoor living room, private screening room with stadium seating and surround sound, WiFi Internet café with complimentary coffee and tea bar, lounge area with multimedia center, billiards, business center with conference rooms, demonstration kitchen and state-of-the-art fitness facility. The approximate 2.5-acre parcel of land also includes a five-story parking garage with controlled access to 320 spaces.
