Design Collective is working with the City of Fort Wayne to develop a master plan that will revitalize the city’s downtown through a series of linked catalyst projects that will connect the downtown with the river and the neighborhoods across the river. The project will also integrate many sustainable initiatives in creating a major retail, entertainment and mixed-use destination that will build upon and support existing and new adjacent venues. The new development will include 245,000 square feet of retail, 80,000 square feet of office space, 790 residential apartments and condominiums, a new hotel, parking garage and a 30,000 square foot aquatic center.
