Working with Cassidy Turley, Magellan Health Services selected Design Collective as its architect and interior designer for the in-place renovation, tenant improvements and LEED coordination of their office space in Columbia. Their offices consist of multiple floors totaling 107,778 SF. The project is being performed in two phases, kicking-off with a comprehensive visioning session, programming and space utilization analysis to create a high-performance workplace environment that reflects the collaborative culture and work processes that have been driving the healthcare industry.
