Construction has begun at a rec center that will become the Baltimore Ravens Boys & Girls Club at Hilton Recreation Center. An official ground breaking Thursday kicked off what will be tens of millions of dollars in renovations to the facility at 2950 Phelps Lane. The club will host after school and summer youth programs at the facility’s planned athletic field, teen lounge, gym, art room, technology room, tutoring spaces and more. It is expected to be finished in September 2025. The project was announced in 2023 and launched with a $20 million gift from the Ravens and the Stephen & Renee Bisciotti Foundation. An additional $12 million has been raised since, and another $7 million is still needed, bringing the projected total to around $40 million.
