The Fitzgerald has achieved LEED Silver certification under the USGBC’s NC v2.2. criteria to become the largest LEED-certified apartment community in the Baltimore area. Design Collective transformed the former surface parking lot and brownfield into the dynamic transit-oriented apartment community that now resides in Baltimore’s Mount Vernon district. The Fitzgerald consists of 275 luxury apartments, 24,000 square feet of street-level retail and dining venues plus a 1,245 space public parking garage.
