The University of Maryland University College recently acquired a 62,000 square foot building located at 1601 McCormick Drive in Largo, Maryland. Design Collective is leading the design for the $5.8 million renovation of the building to house three administrative departments: the bursar, enrollment management and financial aid. The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
