Design Collective, in association with Capstone Development, designed a new 378,992 SF off campus student housing project in Raleigh, N.C. The 11-story building, located adjacent to North Carolina State University (NCSU), features 277 residences. Units consisting of two, three and four bedrooms provide a total of 928 beds. This project was developed to meet the growing needs of upperclassmen at NCSU, Meredith College, Campbell Law, Shaw University, Peace College, St. Augustine’s College and Wake Technical Community College. The common area program and amenities include student lounges and study areas, a computer center, convenience store and administrative offices. Other amenities include a fitness center, yoga room and game rooms, throughout each floor. The building opened for occupancy in August 2012.
