160 W. Ostend Office Building
Caves Valley Partners
In partnership with Caves Valley Partners, Design Collective is doing the core and shell design of 160 W. Ostend Street, as part of the continuing development of the Stadium Square master plan. Design Collective will transform this space into a downtown destination with a ground floor of retail and 5-story office space above with roof top terraces looking across the district and city.
The building will total approximately 75,000 SF and shares the block with the next phase of housing. The two buildings work together to share services to enhance the streetscape and minimize the impact to the pedestrian environment. 160 West Ostend responds to its unique position and orientation to take full advantage of south and west exposures bringing natural light across its entire floor plate while incorporating shade devices save energy while preserving views to create a dynamic workplace environment.
