1999 Eye Street NW

Design Collective was engaged by Stonebridge and Bernstein on the $250 million redevelopment of 1990 K Street NW in Washington, DC. The existing office building will be demolished to make way for a dynamic new mixed-use multi-family development, slated for completion by 2028. The reimagined site - soon to be known as 1999 Eye Street NW, will consist of 522,000 total SF, not including the courtyard. The building will consist of 412,000 SF residential and amenity space and 17,000 SF of retail. The development comprises a total of 434 residential units, including 44 affordable units and 390 multi-family units, of which 50 are co-living units.
