Dulaney High School Renovation

Design Collective, in collaboration with Samaha Associates, was selected in 2015 by Baltimore County Public Schools to design select renovations for Dulaney High School in Timonium, MD. The renovation was expected to include the replacement of all mechanical systems and windows, the installation of a new roof, and improvements to the health suite, library/media center, main office and guidance facilities. Construction was going to be phased, beginning in Spring 2017, to allow the school to remain in continuous operation through anticipated completion in Fall 2019. Upon completion of 100% construction documents, the project was bid below the projected budget, but was cancelled due to a change in the Board’s overall project priorities.
