West Side Strategic Redevelopment Plan

Once a vibrant residential, mixed use, and retail district, Baltimore’s West Side has experienced significant neglect and an overall loss in quality of life. We created a plan to reverse that trend. Our plan suggests 2,500 new housing units, 1.9 million SF of commercial and office space, 500,000 SF of retail space, and 400,000 SF for university use.
