Their mission is to assist the poor and disadvantaged, alleviate human suffering, promote development of all people and to foster justice throughout the world. Although CRS operates on five continents and in over 90 countries, their Word Headquarters is located in the LEED Certified Stewart’s Building, also a Design Collective project, in Baltimore, Maryland.

The 165,000 SF fit-out accommodates private offices and open plan workstations for up to 400 employees, and features a new atrium, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, training rooms, an exhibit gallery, central file room, research library, chapel, health facility and a roof-top terrace. The design effectively balanced large collaborative spaces and open office spaces with private work spaces. The CRS Headquarters is LEED CI Gold Certified.
