The renovation of approximately 15,000 gsf of existing lab space into research labs. The project converted partial floor areas of the existing 5th, 6th and 7th floors into research labs and lab support spaces for the Environmental Health Science and Molecular Microbiology Immunology Departments. A
1,500 SF animal vivarium was renovated to support the research labs. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
