Tempo

Located near the University of Maryland, College Park, Tempo provides approximately 1,000 beds, parking, three on-structure courtyards, and upscale student amenities including state of the art fitness, plunge pool with chaise lounge seating, lounge furniture, outdoor televisions, bocce court, meditation courtyard, and multiple fire places and grills. The new development overlooks the beautiful Paint Branch Creek, so our designers strategically located a pocket park on the corner which links a new, shared pedestrian and bicycle pathway and boardwalk from the campus to the entrance of the new project along Baltimore Avenue.
