A new residential complex is planned for Westgate City Center, a 223-acre mixed-use development in Glendale, Ariz. Design Collective proposed a mix of condominium and townhouse units for this project. When complete the project will offer 148 condos, 10 four-story townhouses, 23 three-story townhouses and a 12,000 SF field house with basketball court, racquetball courts, fitness area, locker rooms and a public amenity space.
