Design Collective worked with HOC and EYA on the design of an 11-story multi-family residential building in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The high-rise building features nearly 200 units, a three-level below-grade cast-in-place parking garage and approximately 17,000 SF of resident amenity space. The project achieved LEED Silver certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.
