Looking to consolidate multiple departmental workforces under one roof, Johns Hopkins HealthCare found a new home in a 180,000 SF contiguous floor plate in Hanover, MD. Senior Leadership had a focused directive to create a healthy, modern work environment that encouraged collaboration, equality and support their mission.

With an expansive floor plate, Design Collective created opportunities to establish identifiable neighborhoods, provide staff options for varying work modes and incorporate clear wayfinding methods through environmental graphics all in an effort to break down the floorplate to a relatable scale and promote a healthy, collaborative workplace.
