The scope of work for this project included architectural and engineering design services for the tenant fit-out of approximately 8,800 sf of space within R. House. The fit-out is comprised of offices, wet labs and support spaces situated over a 350- seat food hall with roll-up garage doors, booths, communal tables, and a mix food venues including a pop-up kitchen for guest restaurants or chefs. The specific program includes: wet labs, a shared Equipment Room, a shared wet lab space with ice maker, autoclave, RO and DI water, a conference room, offices, copy/print support space, a shared Kitchen/Pantry, storage, IT/LAN Room, central RO water system and emergency generator. The project also had to comply with the IgCC as required by Baltimore City which is equivalent to LEED Silver.
