Solaire 8200 Dixon is the tallest building in Silver Spring at 26 stories of residential units as well as a 27th floor pool and fitness suite. This transit oriented mixed-use project consists of 403 residential units, amenity spaces, a food hall and four levels of above-grade parking. The rooftop amenities will take advantage of spectacular views, and includes a pool, outdoor and indoor amenity space and a fitness center for the residents. The 15,000 square foot food hall will also be the first of its kind in Silver Spring, and is anticipated to be a vibrant hub of activity with its proximity to the DC metro, Metropolitan Branch Trail and Georgia Avenue. This project is one of many in the Ripley District that Washington Property Company and Design Collective have partnered on that have greatly enhanced Downtown Silver Spring.
