Crescent Falls Church

Located in Arlington County, VA, Crescent Falls Church connects the East Falls Church neighborhood to greater Washington, DC.  Situated along a hiker-biker trail near the Metro, this 415,000 SF mixed-use/transit-oriented development features 214 residential units above 6,500 SF of retail. Residential wings frame a vibrant public courtyard connecting the trail to the neighborhood's retail core. The sizeable resident clubhouse and private courtyards partnered with gracious public spaces and up-scale shopping accommodate diverse lifestyles.  This project achieved LEED Silver Certification with a green roof that sits atop a 390-space below grade garage and promotes biking and walking through its location, amenities and design.
