Hanover Brewers Hill

Located within the Brewers Hill Historic District which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hanover Brewers Hill provides 440 new apartments on a steeply sloping site in East Baltimore City. With a 650-space garage, over 17,000 sf of retail and 10,800 sf of resident amenity space, Hanover Brewers Hill brings luxury living to the Brewers Hill campus. The timing of this project’s opening coincided with numerous new retail and residential projects in the neighborhood. Together they’ve transformed what was an Industrial wasteland with open-air petroleum wells in 2007 (when Design Collective started design) into a vibrant and walkable urban neighborhood in 2013.
