Baltimore, Md. – Design Collective Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of a new Senior Associate and two new Associates.

Those promoted to Senior Associate include: 

Eric Lowe, AIA, LEED AP

An Architect with over 25 years of experience, Eric’s work to date centers on five key project types: Multifamily residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Among his recently completed projects is Resa, a new mixed-use multi-family building in Washington, DC. Eric is presently working on Alta Federal Hill, a new mixed-use multi-family urban infill building, for Wood Partners in Baltimore, Md. He is also working on Makers Rise East, a new mixed-use multi-family building for Crimson Partners in Herndon, Va. 

 

Those promoted to Associate include: 

Evan Pheobus

An Architectural Designer with over 10 years of experience, Evan specializes in technical detailing and coordination. Additionally, his prior experience as an exhibit designer has given him a vast understanding of gallery and exhibition design. Among his recently completed projects is the award-winning Guinness Open Gate Brewery & Taphouse, for Diageo in Relay, Md. Evan is presently working on Aster, a new mixed-use multi-family building for The Bozzuto Group, adjacent to the University of Maryland Campus in College Park, Md.

Meghan Hoffmann, CID, LEED AP ID+C

Senior Interior Designer, Meghan has over 16 years of professional experience. She has been an integral team member on many workplace projects for clients including Johns Hopkins Healthcare, United Way of Central Maryland, Baltimore Development Corporation and Northrop Grumman. Currently, Meghan is working on Prince George's County Health & Human Services new offices at Hampton Park (also a Design Collective project) in Largo, Md.
