E.T.C., a government-funded incubator for start-up technology companies, occupies 48,000 SF in the Can Company complex. Design Collective designed tenant space facilities for up to 30 start-up technology companies that maximized rentable space within this industrial shell while optimizing, yet controlling high levels of daylight from existing light monitors. This space was envisioned as providing a 24-hour technology community for the Can Company.
