Quest Diagnostics

Quest Diagnostics sought to move from their current facility in Baltimore to a new facility that is smaller but of modern design. Quest selected space in an adjacent industrial park and retained Design Collective to design an 18,500 SF tenant improvement in first-use industrial space. With a budget of just over $5M, the project is an even mix of processing/laboratory space and work place for administrative personnel, the final facility is thoughtfully designed, highly functional and meets Quest Diagnostic’s current laboratory and work place standards. Program components include logistics area, processing lab, testing laboratory, administrative spaces with workstations, breakroom, offices for cyto techs and collaboration spaces for all Quest employees.
